How to delete your data
AlleyBloom lets Creators connect their Instagram and TikTok accounts so that the posts they deliver for a Collab, and how those posts performed, can be shown to the Business they collaborated with. You can remove that connection, and the data behind it, at any time.
1. Disconnect a social account
Sign in at creators.alleybloom.com, go to Profile › Connections, and select Disconnect next to Instagram or TikTok. We immediately revoke the access token, delete it from our systems, and stop retrieving any further data from that account.
2. Delete your account and your data
Email support@alleybloom.com from the address on your AlleyBloom account with the subject “Delete my data”. We will delete your account, any connected-account tokens, and your profile information within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.
3. What we keep, and why
Records of Collabs you completed — the offer, the Business, and the content you delivered — are retained where we need them to meet our contractual and legal obligations to the other party to that Collab, and to resolve disputes. This is consistent with the retention practices described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us about these records at support@alleybloom.com.
