Posting rules
A Business on AlleyBloom offers a Collab so that a Creator visits and posts about it. These rules say what a Collab asks you to post, how your posts are counted, what happens while a post is overdue, how many Collabs you can have at once, and how long each post stays up.
1. What a Collab owes
Each Collab you are approved for owes one post for every format the campaign asks for, such as a TikTok video or an Instagram reel. Once your visit is confirmed, each post has a due date, shown on the Collab in the creator app. If the Business extends it, the new date counts.
A post is up once you have filed its link on the Collab and it is being checked or has been accepted. A post the Business turned down is not up until you file it again. If a Business turns down a post you filed on time, you have at least 72 hours from then to file it again.
If a Collab ends before you post, because the Business cancels it, you withdraw, or you are marked as not having visited, it owes no post.
2. How your posts are counted
Each Collab is counted once, as one of the following. A Collab whose due date has not passed is not counted until every post is up. A Collab with a post still being checked or reviewed, and none overdue, is not counted until that post is accepted.
- On time. Every post the Collab asks for is up and accepted, and each went up by its due date. A post whose publish time we cannot tell counts as on time.
- Late. Every post is up and accepted, and at least one went up after its due date.
- Overdue. A post is past its due date and is not up yet. Once you post it and it is accepted, the Collab counts as late.
- Excused. Our team has excused the Collab, for example because the miss happened before these rules started, because the Collab turned out to need no post, or because you could not post for a reason outside your control. An excused Collab is not counted in what you or Businesses see, and it does not pause your applications.
You see how many of your recent Collabs were late on your Profile, and so do Businesses signed in to AlleyBloom. While a post is overdue, Businesses you applied to see your applications as on hold.
3. An overdue post pauses your applications
While any Collab of yours is overdue, you cannot send new applications, including to campaigns you were invited to. The Collabs you already have carry on as before, and a Business cannot approve an application you sent earlier until the post is up.
As soon as the overdue post is up, you can apply again and Businesses can approve your applications. You do not need to ask us.
4. How many Collabs you can have at once
A Collab is going from approval until every post is up. Based on your recent posting record, including late posts, AlleyBloom may limit how many Collabs you can have going at once.
You can keep applying while you are at your limit. Businesses see those applications as on hold and can approve them once one of your Collabs is posted. A limit never takes away a Collab you already have.
AlleyBloom sets these limits and may change them.
5. Keep each post up for 30 days
Each post you publish for a Collab must stay public for at least 30 days after you publish it. During that time, do not delete it, archive it, make it private or visible only to you, or remove the tags the Collab asks for. Keep the disclosure on the post for as long as it is public. This applies to Collabs you are approved for on or after October 28, 2026.
If a post is taken down or hidden, or its required tags or disclosure are removed, we will email you. If 3 days after that email the post is not restored, meaning public with the tags and disclosure it needs, and you have not replied with a reason, AlleyBloom may suspend your account. If you reply, we will tell you whether we accept the reason. If we do not, and the post is not restored within 3 days after we tell you, AlleyBloom may suspend your account.
These do not count against you: a post the platform removes for a reason other than you breaking the platform's rules, a post the Business turned down, and a post the Business agrees in writing can come down.
6. Questions
If you posted but did not file the link, file it on the Collab in the creator app. If you think a Collab is counted wrongly, write to support@alleybloom.com.
If a post was late or overdue for a reason outside your control, contact support.
