Questions about pricing

What do I get in my free month?
3 creator spots and 30 creators per search. No card needed.
What happens when my free month ends?
You move to Starter, which is free. Nothing is charged unless you choose Pro or buy a package.
How is a package different from a plan?
A plan renews every month, and its spots start again each month. A package is paid once, and its spots stay on your account until you use them, on any store-visit campaign. A package adds to your plan and does not change it.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, from your Plan & billing page. Pro stays on, with full access, until the end of the period you paid for. Then you move to Starter. We don't give partial refunds.
What counts as a campaign?
A campaign counts once, in the month you publish it. If you cancel it before you accept any creator, it doesn't count. A campaign that closes on its own still counts.
Do unused campaigns carry over?
No. Unused campaigns and spots don't carry over. Counts start again at the start of each month of your plan.
Can I put several stores on one bill?
Yes. Each store keeps its own plan, and we bill your stores together. Email support@alleybloom.com to set it up.
